Khandoo Site

Khandoo site lies about 11 km north-west of Warah, near Khandoo village, it can be accessed from Khandoo village road. The Khandoo site consists of one tomb and an archaeological site. The archaeological site is disturbed due to salinity/salt affect. The cultural material is scattered on the surface and there are some recent graves present in the surroundings of the tomb. Few potshards and a terracotta figurine were found from the surface of the site. There is no historic details available of Khandoo tomb but due to its resemblance with Kalhora period architecture it is bracketed within Kalhora era.
