Noazaman -Jo- Daro

The archaeological site of Noazaman-jo- Daro is located about 6.33 Km North of Bhuthi Lashkar Khan, it can be accessed from Hamal Lake road. The archaeological site of Noazaman -Jo- Daro measures 106 m in length, 74 m in breadth and is 1.8 m high from surrounding level. The local people mentioned the site to have been once a very rich site, but its present condition does not portray any such evidence. The cultural material has been damaged due to presence of heavy salts on the site and during floods of 2010, presently the mound is occupied with recent graves. The cultural material on the surface comprised of plain, painted and black thin and thick pottery, it also included lids, handle, rim shards, body parts, three terracotta objects and sandstone.
