Maroo Thul

Maroo Thul is located about 6 km north-east of Faridabad, it can be accessed from Mehar via Fareedabad link road toward Qadir Bux Rind Village near Maroo thul.The exterior or outer part of Maroo Thul is irregular in shape, its northern side length is 14.3 m and eastern side width is 1.5 m and western side width 3 m. It is constructed with mud bricks with mud mortar. There are traces of stairs leading to the top of the Thul on the western side. The inner core of the Thul is cylindrical in shape, its diameter is 1.2 m (inner side) and 2.4-2.4 m (outer part), the width of brick masonry is 0.6-0.9 m, the height of the outer wall and the inner core is 3.6 m. It is constructed with burnt bricks and mud mortar. The inner core and the external mud structure have partially collapsed.
