Two real brothers namely Syed Ahmed Shah Badshah Gillani and Syed Mehmood Shah Badshah Gillani were Sufi personalities and direct descendant of Sultan Ul Aulia Syed Sheikh Abdul Qadir Gillani. Both Badshahan brothers came into the city of Khushab on the orders of Hazrat Ghous Pak R.A. to teach religion of Islam to the people of this region. Upon serving the duties of religion they tell their devotees to fill the empty pots from the river so that poor, hungry and travelers could drink water. Since then, this practice is continued and visitors from all over the country fill these pots. Both brothers are buried in Khushab.
