Malang Dheri (Naseer Abad)

An archaeological site, located in the village Naseer Abad in the Upper Dir district. The site is measuring 33x15.20m and consists of a few structures and foundations of a stupa in the center of a mound built with large size stone blocks in diaper masonry style. The potshards are visible on the surface of the site. The findings recovered from the site and structural remains indicate the establishment of Buddhist Stupa and monastery to Kushan period.
