A Buddhist period archaeological site, in ruined condition, is located in Salarzai area on a comparatively plain surface of about 200m below the highest peak of Zarai hills. The site is measuring 90x65m. It has been seriously damaged by the locals, who dismantled its structures in search of valuable ancient treasures.
