Temple Wangri Garan
Khyber PakhtunkhwaTempleProtected
An ancient temple in the Karimpura locality of the old walled city. Though scholars doubt about its being a Hindu temple, but some people believe that at the time of partition, it was a living Hindu temple. The building was given on lease by the Government and sometime back an effort was made to demolish this building but the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa sealed the building for protection. The building is in a dilapidated condition. It is said to have been constructed in 1908.
