Bhiro Bham Mound

The huge mound consisting of two parts covers an area of about 16000 sq.m with surviving height ranging between 3 to 4.5 m. The entire surface of the mound is covered with potshards and brick-bats. Structures are also visible at some places. The mound has clear indication of fortifications. Plain pottery dominates the surface, while painted pottery is also not uncommon. The later type has a close resemblance with painted pottery from Bambhore. The motifs have been painted in black and in some cases supplemented with red.
