White House at Kot Diji

This building was constructed by Faiz Muhammad Talpur I during 1885-1890. It is a double storey burnt brick building. Iron girders are used in the roofing. The walls are lime plastered and painted with floral patterns. A verandah is enclosing the building and a boundary wall has also been provided with two entrance gates. The first floor has four rooms with verandahs on two sides while the second floor has two rooms and a hall covered on one side by a verandah. The ground floor contains six rooms while there is a basement as well. The building has arches all over and multiple types of columns are used in the building. It is completely white washed.
