Rawal Dam Mound

An archaeological mound measuring 150m x 105m with a height of 5m, located near the Rawal Dam, now converted into a public park. A rock shelter measuring 5.40x4x350 m was also recorded on the south-west side of the mound. A small number of potshards, mainly of plain red ware appears to be of Historic period.
