An archaeological site in ruined condition. It covered an area of about 60,000 sq.m with a maximum height of 4.5 m above the surrounding fields. A large part of the mound has been badly disturbed. The surface collection comprised of glazed ringed base of a dish, a few stamped and painted pot shards, the pottery was largely of plain dull red, pale red or light red ware. The basic forms included rim fragments of water pitchers, cooking vessels and large variety of bowls, dishes and lids.
