Bihal Baoli Inscription, Khoi Ratta

The baoli is located in village Bihal, Khuiratta at a distance of 4 km, in the east direction and 29 km from Kotli city. The inscription plaque is part of Bihal baoli (bawri). It is explored during the survey of Kashmir in 2013. Following lines have been preliminary attempted for its transliteration and translation of the inscription, Line 1: First alphabet is missing but give an impression of Swasti was written. Line 2: Missing alphabet and rest seems to be the name of King of that time written as Jaa Daal Rajnak. Line 3: Missing alphabet with word Gan Garb (means inside one`s body). Line 4: Yachudiya shannus fankamal (These may be the Sanskrit words, but what it speaks, is unknown).Line 5: Chavaschy Raath (Meaning is un-deciphered) Line 6: Dae driya che damendra (Work in progress).The site is tentatively assigned to the 10th -14th century CE.
