Patri near Dakhner

An archaeological site, comprised of structural remains of a Buddhist monastery and stupa. At places, semi ashlar masonry walls of monastic cells are visible to the surviving height of 1-2 meters. Later, during the second half of the 19th century, Patri was occupied by a watch tower, structural remains of British period still survives in a dilapidated condition.
