Shrine of Lounge Shah

Shrine is located in deh, taluka and district Jacobabad. It is edge of Quetta-Shikarpur Road. Bungalow of Mohammad Khan Shaliani, MNA is in north and Police Headquarter is in the south. Entrance is on eastern side in double multi-cusp arch. There are two different size rooms, first room has four entrances, this room has Mian Khan Muhammad Fakir family`s graveyard. There is a series of battlements. With crown on top, shrine has turrets. There is a dome with finial. Burnt bricks (25 x 12 x 7 cm), lime mortar and cement are construction materials. It is rectangular in plan. Shrine is decorated with multi-cusp arches, battlements, crown, turret, finial and floral and natural painting. Internally, both rooms are decorated with floral, geometrical and natural paintings. First room has flat roof. Dome has two ventilators in west and south. There are 14 small blind arches. Shrine has Mehrab and five Mehrab type niches. Shrine was built in 1851 CE
