Fort of Bakhtiyar Khan

The ruins of this fort are found in the Khairpur city in the Burro Mohallah. This was a fortified kot, but recently it is in totally ruined state, only southern wall is left which is occupied by the locals, new houses are also built there. There are twenty eight ruined bastions visible. All the construction is made with mud. This fort is probably associated to Talpur period of Sindh.
