Danyor Rock Inscription

Danyore rock containing royal inscriptions is the only protected site in Gilgit- Baltistan Province. The huge rock which preserves the famous Royal Inscriptions is located at Danyore village on the right side of the main Karakoram Highway at Danyore. The inscriptions are in late Barahmi in proto Sarada character.
