The site is located 1.5 km south-west of Salar village on the right bank of river Haro. It can also be approached from the Haro Bridge near Gariala. Located on a high natural mound it measures 150 x 200 m. North-eastern portion of the site is under cultivation and the rest of the mound is littered with potshards
