It is located about 9 km west of Attock city in Sarwala village in Mohallah Sardar Garhi. The temple being in populated area has been badly damaged and only water tank measuring 7.6 x 5 m. is remaining, which was being fed by a natural fountain, which is now blocked due to debris.
