Burhan Mound-II

Situated about 200 m east of the modern Burhan village on a high natural mound rising to a height of 20 m, and about 1.5 km south of the GT Road, some 10 km west of Hasanabdal city. The mound has been turned to cultivated field and the surface is disturbed due to continuous ploughing. Clandestine excavations have been carried out by illegal diggers at many places in search of antiquities. It is littered with potshards.
