Lamsa Rock Carvings Shiger

The carvings are found along the old road to Shiger in the east of Lamsa Mohallah, Shiger. Here, we found three stones with 35 carvings. At stone no 1 three Buddha`s figures in Tibetan style are carved. Stone no two bearing 28 ibexes, while stone no 3 has four ibexes. Stone No. 1 the Buddhas statues are already documented by the German Archaeological Mission in Northern Pakistan. This site belongs to multiple periods.
