The Burushal polo ground was part of the historic Burushal settlement. According to local notables, it was used for polo and other cultural and sports activities nearly 100 years ago. However, due to frequent land sliding and heavy land erosion, people abandoned this polo ground in favor of building another one in the Rahtal settlement.
