Khanqah-e-Moallah Frano

This Khanqah is located in the upper area of the Frano village, in the Chorbat Valley and on the right bank of the Shyok River. The Khanqah has been built using timber, stone, and mud. It consists of a main prayer hall with a double-storey verandah on the southern side, and a single-storey verandah facing the east. In 2002, the community extended the Khanqah to its present size.
