Harangus Mosque

This mosque is located in the middle of the old settlement of a small village called Hadangus in the Thely valley. The edifice of the mosque stands on a raised platform, and it has two levels, one on top of the other. The carved wooden door in the verandah provides access to both the main upper prayer hall and the lower-level winter mosque. The mosque was built with a traditional cribbage and cator technique, using materials such as timber, stone, and mud. It has a main prayer hall with a double-sided verandah on its eastern and northern sides, and its verandah is decorated with wooden arches and a wooden cornice on the roof.
