Beyond the nala another terrace just by the side of Karakoram Highway better surface boulders are available, which have been used both by pre-historic men and later carvings. A rich cross-section of material from prehistoric to history. This is the site of Chilas V, which continues and slopes down towards the river. Here Harpen Das comes to an end, as the hills from the south show up very near the Karakoram Highway had to cut through the border of these hills.
