Kashi Kalat Cemetery
BalochistanTombProtected
About five hundred meters further to the east of Kashi Kalat settlement in the sedimentary deposit lies the ancient cemetery of Kashi Kalat. The tombs are conical in shape are covered with rubble stones which prevented their complete destruction. However, in certain cases it is possible to observe human inhumation with animal bones. In absence of archaeological material, it is not possible to assign any dates to the tombs. However, according to a local tradition these graves are correlated to the settlement of Kashi Kalat (Islamic period 19th century CE).
