Pasni/Prahag A
BalochistanSettlementProtected
It is located 0.5 - 1 km west of Prahag village, in an inter-dune space formed by an argillaceous hard surface eroded by the rainwater. The ancient occupation is shown by shards and small shell-mounds scattered on the horizontal surface between the sand-dunes. It measures 500 x 100 m wide oriented south-east and 1.5 km away from sea-shore on the west. The collected material shows mainly protohistoric occupation i.e. Nal, Dasht (bowl with ridged decoration), Emir grey ware, basket ware, Kulli and Harappan wares (jars with black slip and cord reinforcement).
