Asni (Mosque and Mound)

An archaeological site along with an old mosque in its center, built with mud mortar and lime kanker plaster. The main opening measures 2.1mx1.25m. The mosque is decorated with rectangular and horizontal panels to the interior and exterior. The main chamber measures 14.5 m. The courtyard measures 16m x 10.6m. Few structures are scattered on the surface of the site; potshards have also been reported.
