An archaeological site, located at a distance of about 10km towards northwest, a little ahead of the Bannu Airport on the right side of the Bannu Miranshah road. The site remains of a mound measure about 180x140m. The maximum height of the site in 2.1m from the existing ground level. The surface is covered with Kot-Dijian type of pottery. It was badly damaged by the Afghan refugees who used the site as quarry for constructing their temporary houses. The site was excavated in 1985 by the Department of Archaeology, Peshawar University, in collaboration with the British Museum and Institute of Archaeology, London university. The site was protected in 1986.
