Shrine of Hazrat Syed Ahmad Shaheed and Shah Ismail, Shaheed

A Mazar or shrine is situated inside the Brelvi bazaar in Balakot town. The Mazar along with a number of other graves is located in an enclosure. There are two entrances to the enclosure from west and south, while the western entrance is a false one the real entrance from the south is provided with wooden door. The grave of the Shaheed is modern one cement plastered and white washed. The enclosure wall is built in hammer dressed stone and a railing on top in cement is white washed. The Mazar of Shah Ismail Shaheed is also situated in the same enclosure.
